Lead Generation Notice: When you submit your information through Try It Program, it may be shared with third-party affiliate partners who operate independently. Each third party has its own privacy policy. We are not responsible for their data practices. Please review their policies before participating in any offer.

01

Who We Are

Try It Program ("we," "us," or "our") operates as a lead generation platform that connects users with third-party affiliate websites and sweepstakes programs. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website or use our Service.

This Policy applies solely to information collected through the Try It Program platform. It does not apply to information collected by any third-party affiliate, advertiser, or sweepstakes operator to whom we may refer you. Those companies operate under their own, separate privacy policies.

Our Role: Try It Program acts as a data controller for information you provide directly to us, and as a data processor/facilitator when we transmit that information to our affiliate partners at your direction. We are a lead generation intermediary — not a sweepstakes operator.

05

Third-Party Data Practices

Try It Program connects you with independent third-party companies. These companies are not controlled by us and operate under their own privacy policies, terms of service, and data practices.

When you are redirected to or engage with a third-party offer, that company may independently:

  • Collect additional personal information directly from you
  • Use your information for their own marketing and operational purposes
  • Share your information with their own partners and affiliates
  • Retain your information for periods determined by their own policies
  • Contact you via email, phone, SMS, or postal mail
Your Responsibility: We strongly encourage you to review the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service of every third-party offer before you submit any personal information to that company. Try It Program is not liable for the data practices of any third-party affiliate, advertiser, or sweepstakes operator.

If you wish to opt out of communications from a specific third-party company, you must contact that company directly using their unsubscribe or opt-out mechanism.
